"I wanted to update my review but I assume it was taken down. First I just want to say, in my opinion a hospital needs to be clean! I understand people are gross and inconsiderate. But what I saw in those couches in the ED was beyond yuck. The rest of the hospital is great. Everyone that I have encountered has been very nice. I do appreciate everything they've done for my Mom. Reevaluate cleaning techniques to include checking the couches for foreign objects, vacuuming and sanitizing as needed."

"I was recently admitted to this facility, A400 . Roberta, Dr. Patel and entire staff were unbelievably knowledgeable, kind and showed me wonderful care during my stay with them. Having been in the medical field myself for forty years , it was very reassuring to know I was getting the best medical care possible. They always made sure I was comfortable and safe and received the best of care. I highly recommend this facility."

"i was treated here a couple of weeks ago for appendicitis and everyone was extremely kind to me and concerned from the time i entered the door. i was an older pediatric patient, i was treated with consideration and care and very quickly admitted and moved from the emergency room to the pediatric OR. the child life specialist, Maggie, was an angel and made my two nights there happy and bright despite the situation. all of my nurses (i had been through six by the time i was discharged) were amazing and everything was made as good as it could’ve been for how bad the situation was. the pediatric portion was great :)"

"My son was recently admitted to the pediatric floor for 2 days. Our experience was wonderful. There were doctors there 24/7 who were very thorough, easily accessible, responsive and invited our questions and input. The nurses were responsive, skilled and always included my son in his care by asking him questions and giving him options. They talked him through procedures before performing them. The child life specialist Maggie was incredible. She provided him with video games to pass the time, thereby taking his focus off his medical issues. She also helped him with anxiety and nonpharmacological pain interventions. Even the MRI tech Jonathan was incredibly patient and calming, explaining everything before it happens and never rushed. At night, we slept well with minimal interruptions. We were provided a private room with a reclining chair for a parent to spend the night to ensure he was never alone. They also addressed his needs secondary to his autism which helped them know how to better accommodate us. The director came daily to check in on us to ensure our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend the pediatrics department and would return again if needed."
