"Sent to the lab for a STAT blood draw and ultrasound, only to be told the lab doesn't take Florida Blue insurance. Oh, but Imaging does. Explain that!? Apparently it's a separate company from Advent. Advent: perhaps you should have read the contract with this company to make sure they take the most popular insurances in the area to avoid a major inconvenience for patients during very scary times."

"My wife and I had an appointment for a physical. We both took off from work in the morning and our appointments were cancel when we arrived do to Pam Couture been sick. They never reached out to us to tell us the appointments were canceled. They waited until we got into the place to let us know it was canceled and they never even made an effort to put us with another doctor. Carelessly they offer an appointment two hours later. We'll we work for a living."
