"I’m not gonna give a one star because I know what it’s like to get a one star as a business owner. But I will give my Opinion, honestly for those who actually read the reviews. I was curious of my hormone levels, so out of curiosity I reached out to this company and asked if I could get a blood test and have it read by a doctor there. I did not intend to take Hormones, nor was I going to take one test result as proof that I have Low levels of any hormones. The doctor that I saw didn’t seem interested in discussing what I could do to help my hormone status, other than being prescribed hormones without further research. I was very clear that I would like to take the natural route to see if that works and he seemed Uninterested in assisting me. I understand this is a business and they’re in it to make money as is most businesses out there But not explaining the whole picture and Going into any detail or further discussions was disappointing To say the least. For example, I took my blood test in the late afternoon, testosterone levels being one of them, and after further reading, your testosterone level is only accurate in the morning and drops Throughout the day, which in that case would give A false positive of low testosterone. You would think that the doctor would ask what time of day I took the test to make sure that the test was done accurate. I would not recommend this company to someone who is exploring their options. There are plenty of holistic doctors out there that will give you an honest opinion, and suggest Options before going directly to hormone replacement therapy. I wish I would’ve known that before I spent upwards of $500 to get lab results That appeared to be inaccurate. Go to another doctor, who has more background and hormones if you ask me."
