"Went here to get the spicy grilled wings but I saw the new smashed potato bowls were here so I ordered that instead. First off, the loaded potatoes taste fantastic. I had to wait for a bit for them to cook more bacon but it was worth the wait. The only issue I have is that the Dr Pepper at this location always tastes weird like they use an off brand. The food is always delicious and typically I don't wait for very long."
"I came here to the drive through to pick up an order made through the mobile app. The rudest customer service. Big Bertha or Rasputia was in the back yelling out commands while customers were making orders and she just sounded like sewer trash and I just feel like she had to have a weavy bob hairstyle."

I asked for a fork and they didn't have one, I asked for a spoon they didn't have and they only had a knife, the staff doesn't care, they only know how to apologize and lose sales and I only think about the owner of this franchise thinking why his store sells little and the answer is simple, his staff loses sales for not having covered"
"I come into the lobby and I speak to one of the rudest front counter workers I've ever met. The dining room is filthy and flys everywhere. There's music blaring from a workers Bluetooth speaker and my chicken comes out looking like it's been shredded. To top it off another location where a worker is just complaining about there job for my whole visit (30min) Idk who they have playing as workers here but they need to reevaluate this location."
"Ordered a mashed potato bowl for lunch. It took about 10-15 to receive my order so I figured it would've been fresh. As you can see something is spoiled or old. There's some kind of brown substance underneath the gravy. It isn't the gravy there's a different type like mold or something."
