"We have had a horrible experience with this practice. Financially, they do not know what they’re doing, we have never experience something this stressful and confusing. Last August my husband and I suffered a miscarriage with twins and had to come in for a DNC with Dr. Walter, which I think is unfair to even have to pay for, but we ended up paying $1200 anyway. We are coming up on one year since the surgery and we are still getting bills saying that we owe money, not just $25 here and there but between $700 and $1100 every month it seems. We have had no luck or help with customer service, we still have not gotten this handled. We are newlyweds that already have enough on our plate, let alone a miscarriage, and now being charged back-and-forth even though we’ve already paid the full amount. They said we over paid on our bill and so they gave us a refund of $800 and now they’re saying that was wrong and we owe more money several months later. This is absolutely insane to be dealing with for A YEAR! Definitely look somewhere else."

"Dr Smith is a wonderful doctor. Been in the family for years. Does great work. Never had an issue with him. Not one problem at all. We love and respect him. Wouldn't choose another doctor. But the staff at the reception desk is absolutely awful. Very disrespectful, rude, horrible attitude, demeaning toward patients and their spouses. Need to be let go and replaced. Especially the short fat blonde one that wouldn't give her name when asked. She is by far the worst we've dealt with. All my wife did was sign in for her appointment this morning and instantly got mistreated in the ways described above. Not acceptable. She needs to be reprimanded and put into place or better yet fired. She has no right, reason, or excuse to treat patients that way. This needs to be corrected."

"To be honest I do love Dr Smith he is a aawesome Dr who delivered my son, But he really needs to hire new staff, the woman at the front desk had a attitude and was rude. For someone who is gna greet patients he needs to hire friendly people."

"I seen Dr. Smith when I was pregnant with my son. Very nice staff and each visit I was treated with respect. Each appointment was quick but, my questions were answered. If I still lived in area I would use his practice again. Hands down best Dr ever!"
