"Showed up at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment, and I was directed right to an exam room. Flu/Covid test and seen by the doctor and out of the office by 12:14. Prescription was ordered right away. Everyone was friendly and the office was very clean. 1st pleasant urgent care experience ever. Thank you!"
"The receptionist was friendly and explained everything. I was taken right back to a room. The doctor examined me and prescribed appropriate medications. Doctor was very nice, listened to my concerns and explained everything and why she was prescribing the medications. I recommend this Urgent Care as they are friendly and will listen to your concerns."
"We arrived without an appointment and were taken back almost immediately. I regretfully failed to get everyone's name that helped us but it was the team working on 1/31/24. They were all fantastic! Very educated and professional young ladies. We were in and out! The entire office including exam rooms were very clean. They have an x-ray machine and EKG, and other smaller diagnostic equipment on site. No CT or MRI. They also have a bunch of other self pay services to choose from. I'm so happy to have such a nice urgent care so close to home! Thank you to all the young ladies at Urgent Care of New Port Richey!"
