"They’ve done work for me a a couple of properties for a long time but this past time was the last. The work is fine but I feel like price gouging was in full effect. I had a fence company hit my main water line. It was a simple pvc repair and very simple re-routing of the pipe, which took about 1.5 hours of total labor for the one person that was doing the work. $750!!! Yes, they came out same day but OMG, never again. It was no more than $20 in parts, so this was just plain, your water is off, so we’re gonna rob you, so to speak. If you appear to have money, probably best to avoid this company, or at the very least, park your nice cars down the street."

He was knowledgeable, polite, fast, immaculately clean and a pleasure to work with. Any time there's a plumbing issue at my house going forward, First Response will be my first call."

"We called when our kitchen faucet knob broke off which caused water shooting to the ceiling and water running under the sink. Paul was there within 30 minutes and fixed it for me. He had to repair and install all new valves in the kitchen and at the main shut off. He was fantastic. The faucet is fantastic. Life is fantastic."
