"Was involved in an accident adjacent to this shop, completely unrelated to the store and the older gentleman that works there came out and started telling the person that hit me and everyone surrounding that they all need to tell the police i caused the accident instead and that will be the story he tells when they come. Super unprofessional and a liar. A situation that had nothing to do with him or the shop, yet he wants to be involved and manipulate it. I would not trust someone like this to handle my car."

"After having a horrible weekend because of another shops carelessness that could have costed me 1000s of dollars even possibly blowing my engine I went online and saw Japanese autocare reviews and I had my car towed here. Jimmy was so kind and helpful. He put me at ease and told me he will have my car fixed immediately. I would have fixed this problem a while ago if I knew it was so serious but because the other repair shop didn't mention it was very time sensitive I almost paid the consequences.
