"A man who jumped off a twenty story building was overheard by onlookers as he passed each floor..."So far, so good". I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, first month free, and especially the discount for retired military status!! Darryl was very helpful, engaging and friendly!!"
"Went with these guys because they were the middle point between our old and new houses. They were off to rocky start as the employees when checked in didn't seem very knowledgeable and weren't very helpful and then they didn't give my wife back her ID! When she went back to get her ID she asked the employee to remove their lock so we can use the unit. Employee was watching TV during the time and apparently didn't write it down cause when we went back with two card loads of boxes after office hours ( it was the first opportunity we got), the lock was still in place! With no way of getting it off or contacting them. So now we have to wait till the morning to use our unit. I can't recommend this place as the staff appear incompetent at their job, and why pay for something I can't use?"
"I desperately needed a storage unit. After looking around at several other companies, I decided to go with Southern storage. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and very helpful. I am not good on sizes so I asked him if I could see a couple of the different units, he was more than happy to show them to me. Their facility is very clean and very well protected. I am confident with my decision."
