Holiday Inn Express & Suites Niceville - Eglin Area

"Best Holiday Inn Express we stay at (and we use the brand quite a bit). Super clean. Fantastic staff. A breakfast that meets the expectation and has the signature cinnamon rolls. The only reason I have service at 4/5 stars is IHG needs to go back to normal daily full service without me needing to request it. The upside is when you request it, this property actually does it, most don't."

"This was hands down the nicest hotel I've stayed in! There was a gentleman who checked us in and I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and funny! The breakfast spread was awesome and rooms were spotless. Even the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was great, I literally took pictures so I could buy some myself when I got back home. I have family in the area so we'll definitely be back!!"

"From the second I walked into the door, Angel made me feel like I was family. She was so personable, helpful, sweet, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my conversation with her; it changed my day. She truly has a way with people, she genuinely cared about not just my experience but me as a person. She was very informative of the layout of the hotel and breakfast hours, she thanked me for being a member, and even assisted me when I needed to switch rooms while somehow giving me the feeling that I was doing her a favor instead of creating an inconvenience. The hotel room and hotel were all satisfactory, clean and comfortable. But it truly was my experience with Angel that will keep this hotel as my go to next time I am in town."

"I had a great experience with Holidays Inn Hotel in Niceville, FL. My family was super comfortable; room was nice & very clean. Full shower with glass doors was wide enough to help my child inside to shower. It has full size name brand shampoo, conditioner & body wash (we of course brought our own toiletries), the bathroom sink has full size hand wash & lotion, I think it was nice to see a hotel's providing full size name brand for guests to use is a good consideration. The complimentary breakfast had variety to choose from; a very sweet lady (sorry can't remember her name) was every morning serving at the breakfast area, she was super nice, friendly and helping us and other guests with big smile on her face. Most important to me that the room not only was clean but also quiet. In our 3 nights stay we didn't experience anything negative, our stay was successful and relaxing."
