"Front desk personnel were very friendly and help with check in was offered, which was very helpful in and of itself. I was given a clear estimation of when I would be seen and I was called back prior to the estimated time. Nursing staff was kind and compassionate as well as the doctor. I don't look forward to feeling so ill and in need or care in the future, but am thankful to know afc will be there when I need them!"
"I got in quickly and everyone I interacted with was wonderful! I have been to a couple other urgent care facilities in the area, but this place was 100% better than anywhere else I have ever been. I am a veteran and they spent extra time to help me navigate the process and also helped in getting my prescriptions filled without extra cost. "My six-year-old developed a fever close to closing time, prompting a visit to an urgent care facility. We were promptly seen by AFC, received a diagnosis, a test, a comforting popsicle, and a prescription order within 30 minutes. The attentive and compassionate staff made our visit exceptional. AFC has become our go-to place for urgent care medical needs, as even my child insists on returning there whenever he's ill. Thank you to the wonderful team at AFC for the outstanding service!"

"The best urgent care facility I’ve been to. Worth the drive for sure. It was very clean and the faculty were all very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We didn’t have to wait long at all. The Dr was very thorough and so good with my daughter. We will definitely go to AFC Niceville for all our urgent care needs from now on."
