"I have to drive across town to get here and an appointment at 7, arrival at 6:30 is confusing. I got here TOO early and have been sitting forever. The woman in radiology is not friendly. I get it. It's early in the morning. I would like to feel more at ease for this procedure. Patience and understanding is something they NEED in a HOSPITAL. And AFTER TWO HOURS, They refused my MRI. Horrible horrible service."
"In May of 2023, my husband underwent open repair bypass surgery for an aortic abdominal aneurysm at this hospital. The nurses and other medical staff were all amazing and kind. The surgeon (s) are highly skilled and of the highest quality. The very best of the best. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional team of surgeons and the entire staff at this hospital."
"My mom was hospitalized here for a few days. Our experience with the staff from the ER to the housekeeping staff was top notch. The nurses and assistants were very attentive and caring. My mom wanted for nothing if she called them they were there in a timely manner. We were very appreciative of all the doctors and everyone involved. The room was huge, family was encouraged to stay the night, the entire hospital was very clean, my mom reported the food was good. Thankfully, my mom had a positive outcome and is home."
