"I’m a new patient for Dr. Smith. So far my experience is perfect. He’s an awesome doctor. Explains everything and doesn’t rush through my appointments. Shannon is awesome and great at explaining all my present and future procedures. His staff is super friendly and keeps me up to date with all my appointments. I have no complaints so far. I’ve had my baby and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They call and remind me of all my appointments and thank you Shannon for always being so pleasant. "The lady who answered the phone was a bad person. I couldn't believe she would talk to the patients in such a disrespectful way. Bad services! Replying to your comment: I'm not talking about the issue of whether or not I was treated by the doctor, but I'm talking about the woman's attitude when talking to the patient. What do you mean by saying that because of the language barrier, because we are Asian, we are treated that way? And of course, don't worry I will find another caring doctor and a friendly staff.
