"They have quite the scam going. They insist on paying cash for a down payment on furniture ordered. They promise a 4-6 week delivery date. Then, the furniture never arrives. After waiting 7 months for 1 chair, the father (it is a father son operation) calls and says they cannot get the furniture in the fabric requested. He says we are welcome to pick another fabric or he will refund our deposit. Since we were in Ohio and couldn't reasonably pick a fabric without having any of our accessories to match, we opted to accept the offer of a refund. When my husband went in to get the money back, the son said "you are my customer and I will not return your money." One word for the father son duo - CROOKS! They are rude, dishonest, and lairs. Stay away from Lane, Jeff and Sofa Beds and Recliners and you will avoid one big headache."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner's son is very rude. I ordered furniture in July and didn't get it until the last week in October. Every week it was supposed to be delivered he said he couldn't get a truck to deliver it. We even offered to get it ourselves. He finally delivered it after I refused to leave the store until I got my money or the furniture. But the lanai set had the wrong cushions. Like I'll ever get the right ones now. The place has been on the news because they are such crooks. The BBB has nothing good to say about them either."

"How is Lane not in jail? He is taking people's money and not placing the orders. My handicapped mother ordered a chair on Jan 31, 2017 and Lane accidentally gave me the Po number. I called the manufacturer and they said they never received an order. I have been in at least 5 times and the same lies. I went in today and told him to call the manufacturer and prove it was ordered. He said he didn't have to do that. Wouldn't this be considered fraud? BTW it looks like he got a new car as well. Stay away!!!!!!!!!"

"Stay away from this store. It's been 9 weeks since I've ordered my recliner and I get the "Got a little behind with the manufacturer" talk. The contract said 4-6 weeks, but he adds that it could be up to 8. This guy jerks you around and when I told him I was calling my credit card company he said he would take me to small claims court. Guess that's what is going to happen next. Let's go to court and see who gets the call, for non-fulfillment of the contract. Go somewhere else."
