I was hesitant to go into the store because it said outlet and in my experience with outlets they are usually all of the stuff that nobody else would buy but that was not the case here. They had very good quality furniture for a very reasonable price. They had exactly what we were looking for plus some. We've been looking for lamps for quite a while and had not found any that we loved, but we found them here. We also found a leather high quality couch for a very reasonable price. Yes, there are scratch and dent items with great prices on top brands. They also can order just about anything in the furniture business with some volume items in stock. The brands available for order can still save you money. I met the general manager, Kim, and other team members like Jose and Shanua with great support, friendly personalities, and great customer service skills. The staff was very professional and pleasant ! Meet some warehouse folks and delivery personnel that were top-notch. I will say the positive atmosphere and team work was great! The store was clean, organized, and merchandise d in great condition. I strongly recommend visiting this location before purchasing anywhere in the Sanford area ! I feel confident you will be glad you checked it out!
