"This picture speaks for itself when it comes to pricing...may as well shop Walmart and Target sale racks instead, at least you will get a deal at those stores...original price is Canadian dollars on these gloves so Goodwill price is higher than new price..."

"Super shady. They got rid of changing rooms. We asked how to try on clothes. 2 employees told us that we have 3 days to make a return. So we purchased, came back the next day to return, and it's for exchange only. No one said anything about that before. And they won't do a return to us. For getting all your product donated, and selling it for profit... That's a pretty cheap way to make sure you can't get any money back"

"Unnecessary attitudes. Asked to plug a string of lights in at the cashier, was told “we are not allowed to do that. Anything tested has to be done back there and you should have done that before even coming up here” 1. Speak to people like they’re people and not animals, 2. I am not sure why it’s a policy to make a customer leave the line they stood in to go to the back of the store and then get back in line. 3. The outlet was 12” from you. TERRIBLE customer service. I will no longer shop here. Perhaps retraining your folks to NOT be complete as#*+les would be a good start. What is this world coming to? #learntobekind"

"I've been shopping at this Goodwill for over 20 years and have fond memories of thrifting here with my grandmother. However, this store has changed for the worst over the past year. For a location that's near a relatively low income area they have some nerve charging retail or higher for household goods (crockpot, cookware) that people could need. Clothing is exceptionally high for stained and ripped jeans or bleach damaged T-shirts. Sneakers are cheaper for a new pair at Ross than a used pair at this location. Shop somewhere else and don't support this overwhelmingly high price hike for commonly needed products. Don't donate here either, take your donations to Teen challenge on SR46."

"Relatively small Goodwill Store within easy walking distance from downtown Sanford. Parking in its own small lot or on the street. Very organized merchandise and clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. I don't understand people complaining about rising prices in other reviews. Retail rents are going up, as are wages, so their operating costs and prices are understandably also rising. I look forward to returning and supporting Goodwill. A very pleasant experience."
