We originally were going to look for a couch or a loveseat, and he opened our eyes and recommending two recliners instead after asking us about our lifestyle needs - and it made so much more sense! I really appreciated Karim's suggestions and knowledge of the furniture - he helped us with making sure we pick the right material and style we are happy with. "Customer service goes in the gutter once you pay was my experience. Salesman won’t return calls. Staff very dismissive and rude. Spent 6K. Products seem good though if I ever get them all. Been piece at a time. Update: Store manager stepped in and up and turned my experience around. Thank You!"

Tim our sales representative guided us seamlessly through the entire process and coupled us together with the in house designer who was equally helpful us the choice of fabric and an additional area rug. "Tim Judd is the best! He was so patient as I did a Goldilocks test, trying out every recliner in the store multiple times, then narrowing my list and going through that whole routine again. It took a couple of weeks of pondering, plus looking at other stores, before I finally returned to make my final decision. Again his patience and helpfulness was so appreciated! The wide selection, plus all the fabric and adjustable options available were far superior to anything I saw anywhere else. Price for value is also superior to other stores IMO. I am very excited for my new chair to arrive."
"Bought leather recliner and after 2 1/2 years it is peeling in multiple spots. Also purchased protection plan and can't get anyone to acknowledge my defective chair. Called store and was told call for service.Did that twice left message and no return call. Called store manager and no returned call. Went to store to see manager who was not in and client relation rep couldn't help me. She emails manager and still no returned communication. Just awful customer service. Totally disappointed after spending $1500."
