"Well stocked. Over priced on certain items. Other items not so bad. needs a good cleaning. Update . The place is much cleaner. The public bathroom is not open to the public. Apparently they changed the lock. The shopping carts are not allowed to leave the store anymore so park close. Being that you have to carry your bags to your car."
"Extremely abhorrent experience. We typically have good experiences with this chain in particular, but the assistant manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yells in situations when she doesn't need to, and gives a lot of attitude towards customers regardless of the situation. We had a recent encounter with her where we were shopping after visiting another store, and put our bags in the cart we were going to push to go shopping. She immediately barks at us that we can't do that because it was meant for customers, ignoring the fact that we were clearly going to do shopping. Didn't offer an apology after and continued to have attitude towards us. I am going to forward this corporate as this is one of MANY encounters we've had with this assistant manager, and we've filed several complaints that have gone unnoticed."
"The people there are always so nice and helpful with great conversation! Just all around good people and I love shopping there for this reason! There are many dollar stores in the area and I come here the most because it's my favorite"
"I like family dollar is close convenient and always great prices but the down side is always long lines they get like Walmart during peak hours no staff is around it was about 20 people in the store and only one cashier this has to change but most want say much because 95% of there customers are Hispanic and most of the time they keep quite because they are patience but there customers service toward waiting needs to change"
"You already know! It's family Dollar! One difference is while shopping at this location, you will hear on the intercom that you are being filmed for your protection. Maybe there have been incidents in the past or a high rate of theft, but we had no issues. Staff was courteous and swift. Customers were pleasant. Store was well stocked and there was plenty of close parking."
