"This place is old and dated. Carpet worn with several stains. Toilet seats in bathrooms need replacing. Furniture was very dirty and old as well. The sliding door handle was broken to go out on the balcony. Water was lukewarm had to call for maintenance to turn up the temp for some strange reason it was set on 40 degrees go figure. I will never stay here again my experience was awful"

"I hate that I have to give it this. The host was nice and so was the room. Unfortunately the other guests made it extremely not kid friendly. Everyone likes to have some fun on vacation. But what we had to witness at our pool and parking lot everyday were sickening and just out of hand completely. Seems like there is no security or care here at this place."

"This was the perfect place for our bachelorette party of six. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out with a great view of the sunrise every morning. It's just a walk across the street to the beach. I would definitely stay here again."

"I would absolutely NOT suggest this property to ANYONE. The property looks very nice, but in further inspection, it was not worth the money we spent on it. The door lock didn’t work. We had trouble contacting maintenance, and we had to wait an hour in the hallway with two screaming hungry babies. We called ocean reef and enclave, neither were helpful in making up for our lost time on our 3 day vacation. It was very disappointing to say the least. The beds were very uncomfortable for the price we paid, and they had many disgusting stains. Yellow stains, brown stains, unknown white stains. It was disgusting. The stains were on nearly every bed. The beds only had 2 sleepable pillows each, except for the couch pullout which had none. The counters and tables and windows were all very dusty and dirty. The shower had smudges all over. The drinking glasses provided were dirty with smudges and dirt all over. The plates still had food on them, and the dishwasher did not work. We were not given and hand soap or dishwashing soap to thoroughly wash the dishes or clean our hands. This place looked very nice, but for $1400 for 3 days it absolutely did NOT meet our expectations. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone, and I will definitely NOT be going back."
