"My wife whom has breast cancer, took my daughter to an appointment today. Although they arrived on time my wife with obvious lymphedema in her hand was turned around because she couldn't fill out her intake form quick enough. You people are disgusting! We won't be returning and should file a suit! They discriminate against women with Breast cancer!!! Do not take your children here!"

"The office staff will bend over backwards to help and make sure you understand what they're saying. The medical staff are the best. Always a good attitude, willing to listen to your questions and concerns. And they make sure you understand the treatment or any instructions. Awesome place for a childs medical care."

"What an amazing staff!!! So expressive to see their office manager, Ms. Misty, step in to assist the front desk. And was nice to see the front desk lady, Laiken, come out to sanitize the front desk, chairs and front doors multiple times. The Covid tester, Stephanie, was so fast, I didn’t even get a chance to call in to say I had arrived. We had a sick visit scheduled afterwards with Emily, who was so sweet and kind! She really listened to my concerns. Not to mention their new easy and fast online checkin process…I love the fact it lets me upload my ID and Insurance card before I arrive…just one less thing to worry about with a sick child."

"I just waited an hour and 15 min. To even see a doctor for my son's well check up. I was told the doctor had 3 other patients all scheduled for the same time. I could see waiting this long for a sick appointment, but not a well appointment that has been scheduled for weeks, they should have had more staff or better scheduling practices. After finally seeing the doctor, my son didn't even get his vaccines because the nurse had stuck him 3 times for one shot and she was traumatizing my kid so i told her to stop. And don't think you will be in one of the cute rooms on their website. The room i was in today was filthy. Dirt on the floor, mildew on the counter, paint on the table, some kind of droppings in an unlocked cabinet my son opened.... I wanted to like this office because they are so close to home, but i will not be returning after today."
