A Better Smile Dental Center

"This place is ridiculous. I had a root canal done and they didn’t put a crown on it afterwards and now my canine tooth is broken and I can’t keep my partial in due this. I called them to let them know what happened and they said it would cost me $70.00 out of pocket due to Cigna doesn’t affiliate with them. Get there and they tell me they couldn’t do anything without a medical clearance from my primary care physician. Oh get this the dentist that did this to me no longer work for them. But their still making me pay for that dentist mistake. So today I received a letter in the mail from Better Smile stating that they no longer will be treating me because I was aggressive with them. Yeah right they just stole my money and not fix anything their scammers. So I’m taking the loss on this one they can keep the $1,300 for not doing their job. Beware everyone."

"I used to love this dental office. But then the dentist I went to retired. The last few times I have gone I have left in so much pain that lasted for days and weeks. I went in this week for simple fillings. It took 45 minutes to even be seen, though I had an appointment. Then the dentist drilled long after the local anthesia wore off. She never offered more ansthesia either. I have never had a dentist drill the actual filling material. She also made numerous comments about me having a small mouth(something out of my control and something dentist's have been telling me for 30 years) but what bothered me more than the comment was that she insinuated it was an inconvenience for her. The last few times i have seen her she spends more time explaining things to her assistants/hygienists (in Spanish) than actually talking to the patient and trying to make sure they understand. I would have no problem with this if she actually took the same amount of time to explain to me as the patient. I already had a lot of anxiety going in after my last appointment and this one just makes me not want to return. The assistant also didn't seem to understand what I was telling her."
