Here I get the care I expect. The Doctor, Dr Marrero, is very thorough and explains everything I need and there are other activities there for the Patients such get togethers, exercise days and more to make you feel like a somebody, not like other locations you're just a number ."

"The ABSOLUTE WORST experiences in getting referrals or in touch with your assigned doctor. Called in with a request to see the doctor due to severe abdominal pain. No callback, called in again next day, no call back. Ended up going to ER and received medication and IV’s. Still no call back. Asked for referral to my eye Dr. I had been seeing for several years for macular. Referral request was made by fax and yet DSMC stated they never received it. Reminded them again the Friday before my Monday appointment. Showed up for my appointment, no referral received. My eye doctor’s staff called DSMC for a referral and was told, “that’s not how this works” and told the staff member “they had an attitude”. Saw their acupuncturist for a scheduled appointment. Waited 25 minutes. The last time I had a scheduled appointment I waited over a hour, acupuncturist stated she was overbooked. Left without seeing her. Will never go back there."
