"Awful experience. I went to this location for Covid-19 testing. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I never filled out one paper or was asked any health screening questions. Once I got into the Dr's office I was quite repulsed at the cleanliness of the patient room. The doctor proceeded to prepare the covid test on a filthy table without prepping the area with a propper Sma, I then asked the doctor to please change his gloves because he had been running around touching things, himself his mask and the doors. He scoffed at me rolled his eyes and finally did so. This was a finger pick test. So especially when blood is involved the utmost cleanliness is of the importance. They let me walk out of the room holding my test...10 minutes later I asked the receptionist how I will be able to tell if it is a negative or positive result. She said they would let me know...I told her Yes but I have the test in my hand so.... she yelled at the doctor...then they had me come back to his office where the Dr proceeded to basically tell me in broken English to leave it here on the bloody tray along with 6 or 7 other tests in a row... how were they to know who's test was which??? Note* I still had not even filled out any paperwork or showed my ID. At this point I was over it and had some strong words for the doctor. I got my negative results a few minutes later. Long story short this place is a gross scam and they are literally giving out negative results along with letters for people traveling outside the country for $30. I will be reporting them."
