"As I write this it’s 10:53am, I had a 9:20 appointment. There are 21 people in the waiting room. They too have all been waiting with me. Many people have already left. It’s not the staffs fault. They are doing what they can. I’m surprised they actually have 2 stars. I’ve only given them one star for complete failure."

"I made an appointment for lab work to be done It’s in between my lunch break & I arrive ahead of time only to be told 10 mins later after waiting around to be called that ‘we are an hour behind ‘I’m sorry’ that does not feel right or apologetic since it seems chronic that most patients are fasting at least 12 hrs before testing and still have to wait an indefinite amount of time. Shame on you for a horrible service! As I was walking out 1 of the patients said she had been waiting more than hour!!! Get your act together or shut it down!"

"I had to go for a glucose tolerance test for my pregnancy and do not take getting blood taken well. Nicole was amazing in making me feel comfortable and she definitely knew what she was doing. In any quest you will have a wait time, I was there over 4 hours but how nice everyone was made up for the wait. The receptionist was really sweet too and all other nurses telling me bye and good luck. Overall really happy I got Nicole as my nurse/doctor"

"I made an appointment for a blood test online. The notifications/confirmations were sent out as text and email. Check in was super quick and easy on the waiting rm. check-in machines. I did not wait no more than 5 min. and called in before my scheduled time. Tech Jennifer was wonderful and friendly; I did not feel a thing. I will use this clean facility for all my future lab needs..."

"Went in today and got in very fast. 12:30 appointment and in my car writing this review at 12:59. The attendance that took care of me was extremely rude. I read all of the notes from different people saying the same thing but it was my first time experiencing it at this location. They make you put your id and insurance info in when you check in. Then you have to show it again when you get in the room even though they have a picture of you already up on the computer. Then I say to the lady you will need to butterfly me, and of course she was rude and didn’t and of course she dug in my arm with a needle that was too big and couldn’t get anything which I knew would be the case since I have been through this time and time again. So needless to say, after she dug in my arm, she had to use the butterfly anyway so let’s say I am not happy. There is no reason to be rude . Then because she was so adept, she told I could leave, then had to call me back. Everyone has a bad day sometimes but being rude is not a justification. Do better!"
