"The entire clinic is disorganized & staff are rarely on the same page. I had blood work done and waited over a month did not receive a follow up phone call I constantly reached out to the customer service line no one would ever answer, I finally went into the office get an answers. The staff didn’t even know I had the blood work done. Finally she found the actual documentation, then wrongfully tried to charge me a co-pay b/c one of the other staff members doesn’t know how to properly pull insurances. The staff is overall friendly and respectful but the entire organization it self is very disorganized."
