"I’ve never been more comfortable with a dental office in my life. Like many, I have not had a great history with dentists whether it’s scheduling, professionalism, work ethic, organization. This Aspen Dental location gets full marks by me. Not only did I have an easy and successful cleaning with a well organized professional staff, I also had a successful and smooth surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. My many thanks to all the staff, this is my dental office moving forward, no question."

"I decided to go here because it was closer to where I live than other dental places I've been to in the past. Over priced for the services that was advertised online. They did the X-ray and took over an hour to tell me the results. Instead of a basic cleaning after that, which is what is done in most dental places, they brought a lady from the front to talk to me about finances. First of all, i usually pay out of pocket for my dental work and never had someone from the office come into the room to talk to me about money. Really weird, This is the only place that has ever done that. I was then brought to the front without even being asked how I wanted to pay, they just took me out of the room to talk about a payment plan. Very rude to just assume I don't have any money, I was expecting to pay for a cleaning so idk if it was how I looked or because I was pregnant but it was very insulting. I had the money but because of how I was treated I decided to leave. Usually finances are discussed before an appointment at other places. So if someone is saying they are paying out of pocket maybe you should speak about money before the appointment instead of assuming and stopping an appointment to talk about money. Also my main concern was not treated as a priority. Instead they wanted me to get an over priced deep cleaning when I literally have a tooth that is so decayed I need it removed immediately because it's hard to chew on that side of my mouth. They also wouldn't tell me the full results from the X-ray and said I needed to pay for the deep cleaning first before they tell me everything else wrong. Worst dental experience ever."

"I visited the Aspen Dental office off of Causeway Blvd in Brandon Florida for an extraction. All the staff was very professional and kind,the doctors are very professional and considerate. I have more work to be done in the near future and will definitely be returning. If you have any trouble money wise I would definitely check out Aspen! They will help you get on your way to being pain free!"

"I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone that needs dental work. The staff was very welcoming and treated me like family. The doctor did an amazing job fixing my teeth, making it painless and quick. I am very thankful for everyone that helped me. You guys are truly a blessing!"

"Staff was very nice and the dental work I had to get done was done same day as my appointment. However I would have chosen a different dentist if I couldn't get the extraction done same day. Their prices even after insurance are really high and I have good dental insurance. They quoted me even higher than my insurance says I have to pay. In the office they explained if this happens I just have to wait 2 weeks after I get the insurance payment information then call to have them add the credit for the difference back to the form of payment. That is not what happened. I was first told that my insurance still had an open claim and they couldn't continue without it closed. My insurance informed me they we are waiting on Aspen Dental to send information over to be able to close the claim. A different member of Aspen Dental's staff said their insurance company will take a month to send information to my insurance. This was a month after the initial procedure. So it is not the 2 weeks I was told in the office it's looking like at least 2 months until they adjust the amount I actually owe. This is not clear communication on how they bill your insurance and it is not a fair market value dentist. My advice is if you want a fair and honest priced dentist then go somewhere else."
