"My First impression on this place wasn’t that well. I set my appointment, my appointment was confirmed, I got a call about my insurance card the day BEFORE my appointment . Okay that’s cool understandable but what got me annoyed was when I walked in the lady was shocked I had a appointment at 8:00am then told me it was canceled, I didn’t cancel it and i wasn’t told it was. She proceeded to tell me that the person who I my appointment with is out for two weeks then says “Someone should’ve called you” I told her “someone did call me yesterday about my insurance but not about my appointment” she happily says “oh that was me”…. SO YOU KNEW IT WAS CANCELED WHY YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT ON THE PHONE LADY. Your the receptionist, Isn't calling the patient your job? Telling me someone should’ve set your appointment to the next nearest office. SHAMEE"

"Clients, BEWARE! My mother was financially scammed at this office. She was partually charged upfront right before her appointment but found out a while after that she shouldn't be paying out of pocket. Her insurance coverage was 100%. For several months, she was reaching out to the office with a request for a refund, but they will always have excuses not to give her money back.  Even her insurance agent spoke with them to verify the full coverage and ask them for a refund. They own her around $300. Shame on you treating any clients like that, especially senior citizens!"

"The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. Never have to wait. When performing a procedure I am continually being asked if I'm okay. Telling me to not try being a hero, if I'm hurting to please tell them. I've been going to this particular dentist (Dr. Sanchez) for several years and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. I have actually gone to sleep while in the dentist chair!"

As far as myself I was completely Broken with the passing of my only son, I lost of my dream job and I couldn’t smile because of my teeth. But when I met the girls they helped me during the process. They were so professional, efficient and kind.They helped me from day 1 until the process was completed . "I called around for an urgent cleaning, they had multiple appointments open, which was nice to get into the door. I spoke with someone in the waiting room who has been coming here for years and had an overall good experience with the dentist. I just wanted a cleaning, and just the other reviews, they recommended a deep cleaning, for $1000.00. It was nice they did not try to oversell it when I said will like to get a second opinion.
