"I will never go to this office again. One of the dentists there is on call, so if you have younger child that needs work done, you have to be added to a "waiting list" and expect a call at no specific time and show up, I work and have to give notice when I have to miss work to go to an appt. They refuse to work with you on billing your insurance (I have two insurance plans and they kept telling me incorrect information regarding the billing even though I called and verified with the plans). I also notice that if you ask for the estimate of what they are billing your plan and what the submitted charges are, its a lot more money also. WATCH THE BILL!!!! My son had a tooth pulled and provided no gauze to help with the bleeding. Also the laughing gas mask tubes kept coming off his mask while under going the treatment so I'm not sure how much pain he was in during the treatment. Very disappointed in the customer service and office."

"I’m not happy with this office. She gave my daughter a crown which then abscessed because it seems she rushed through it, my daughter sat well. She ended up needing to get that tooth pulled and when we left she gave me no instructions and then tried to tell me she has ties. I think they just care about the money. Ever since my daughter got her tooth pulled she’s been snoring and struggling to breathe every night so I’m actually having to bring her to an orthodontist to check into her jaw since thst removal. I am extremely upset and worried for my daughter and won’t be giving this place anymore of my money. I don’t feel she cared about the well being of my daughter. She was also very rude to my daughter and my daughter even told me she wasn’t friendly at all. How sad. They really are terrible when it comes to emergencies too. I pray my daughter can get back to her normal sleeping habits after this lady butchered my 7 year old daughters jaw."

"My 3 kids were in and out in a timely manner. The staff and dentist were wonderful and great bedside manner. They were especially good with my 4 yr old who kept asking question after question. And they answered EVERY last question she had asked. I definitely would recommend. Matter of fact I’ve already recommended 3 families who go there now. Thank y’all for ALL that y'all do!!!!!!"

"Family Dental Home has a great Hygienist knowledgeable, professional and polite overall great staffing. I took all my family members there. I recommend them to anyone go and try for yourself."
