"Absolutely the worse vet hospital I’ve ever come across. Denied service to my pet because of their own personal vendetta. Can’t believe I went to this hospital to get help and told me I needed to go somewhere else. This is now the second bad experience my family has had with them. I will be writing a formal complaint with banfield company over how they are running this hospital. Ps. Not all of the staff behaved like this. Some of the receptionist are nice. It was a handful who were rude and causing unnecessary problems when we just wanted to have our dog seen."
"Highly recommend getting the (OWP)!! We got Bonsai as a puppy and having the Optimus wellness plan helped so much! Saved a bunch money for sure!! Bonsai is very skittish around people and animal she does not know. However, this location and all the other ones I’ve been to do their best to make her feel absolutely welcome! and always sent her home with a treat couldn’t recommend this place more!"
"Can I put 5000 Stars? For anybody who considers their pet a child, this is your place. We recently had to put down our dog and our Vet, took time out of her weekend to come help us because of the rapport we've built over the years, she even checked in with my wife the next day to see how she was doing. A+++++ HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
"Dr. Waechter is by far the best vet I have ever seen! My cat has been struggling with a chronic problem for 8 months, and she was able to resolve our issues. She actually listens to her clients, and her recommendations are pet-centered and highly reasonable. I will never take my animals to a different vet!"
"Duck has been coming to this Banfield location her entire life! She loves the employees and they have been very helpful every time we have come. We have the Banfield Puppy Plan which I highly recommend if you are adopting a puppy, it covers basic vaccines and office visit fees and you can add on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention as well. The office employees and vets are very kind and we really appreciate them! Our most recent visit we were assisted Jackie and Kris, but everyone at this location deserves a shoutout for being so great. We loved the cute stickers on our bag on the way out as well. Try this Banfield location!"
