"No follow up. I was suggested to sign up for the pet assurance program and it was working out well until I got the second year renewal email stating that the renewal rate would be the same price but I didn’t notice until later that my credit card charges had gone up 30%. I called and spoke to a gentleman in the vet center in November 2023 and he confirmed I did receive the renewal email and by accident and the price did increase so I asked to cancel my policy and requested a refund of the inflated price difference. He confirmed it was canceled and he would need to check on a refund. Next month I was charged the inflated rate again and he did not cancel the policy. I call back and spoke to the same gentleman I believe and he said he would leave a note for the vet clinic and they would call me back the next day because thursdays they were not scheduled. I received no calls or credits. The third month my card was charged so I decided to just call and talk to a general person and she informed me I needed to email and request to cancel and I asked why I never was asked that before and she couldn’t answer that question. I feel like corporate is pushing the vets to have people sign up for this program and they don’t want to have anyone cancel because they are all about numbers. I don’t think I should have been charged for three months while waiting on someone to return my requests. I have since emailed them 3 times this month but no replies."

"You cannot judge a book by its cover. Whoever manages this place should resign. Unbelievable. Pathetic and disrespectful. These people can't manage an appointment to save their lives. Mismanaged two appointments canceled in a row within a week. If you want nothing but frustration and lipservice, come here. The customer and your pet always come last."

"We've taken our cat here to stay for the few times we've gone out of town over the years they've been open. We used to not have issues with them, however the past few times she's stayed there she's come home with bugs on her, in her carrier, and in her bed, I don't like that they don't keep the anti - flea/tick collar on her. We're starting to wonder if they keep the hotel areas properly clean."

"I am so incredibly thankful for every human at this place-specifically Christian :) I moved here just days ago and found out my mom s passing. I have no-one here and had not established dog care yet. Not only were they able to take both my fur babies last minute, board, evaluate for day care. but they also provided vet services we needed as well. They really cared about Brody and Lala. The facility was so clean and they stayed in constant contact as needed. Truly a gem!!! Thank you all!"

"We changed vets earlier this year. We decided to go with Royal Pets. Definitely the best decision we could have made! Our dog Ray is a 12 year old male Min Pin and he is pretty healthy for a geriatric dog. We just had his teeth cleaned and he had to lose a couple teeth. His recovery is going great. He has energy and he was acting normal the same night as the procedure. He had been laced under anesthesia before elsewhere for the same procedure and was out of it all weekend. When he was younger too! I swear by Dr. Perez and I am so thankful for her care for Ray! The whole team at Royal Pets is fabulous. Please I hope you all know how thankful we are to all of you there."
