Marc Young: Primerica - Financial Services

"If I could have left ZERO stars, I would have. I got trapped in this awful life insurance policy by Stefani Merulus. The policy have ever increasing premiums. This is wild because in the four years since I have had this policy, there are other insurance companies that would have insured me for a fixed premium. Now, I'm assuming Stefani has left the company. I've been assigned to Marc Young. Do you think he ever reached out to me to introduce himself, and talk with me about my policy, other options and products? No. He hasn't. Of course when I call, I never get through to him. Then, I finally make the decision to go seek coverage elsewhere, from a better company, with better customer service, and of course, when I call Primerica's home office, they're "Closed for special training. Really? So I call my agent, Marc Young, again, I don't get through to him, and they say cancelations must be made through the home office. I tell them that their home office has been closed for "Special training" every time I have ever called. So, the lady calls the home office on three way, and guess what, they're closed for "Special training" as I said. It's always the same run around with Primerica. Had Marc Young done his due diligence with me when he got my account, we probably could have found a better life insurance product for me within Primerica's options for life insurance, but he dropped the ball. Primerica dropped the ball. As a result, I've chosen a policy with their competitors, that offers me a larger payout, and a fixed premium. Now I have insurance agents that reach out, and make sure I'm sufficiently covered, and so is my family. Insurance agents should think about their clients and their ever changing needs, not just dollars and policies sold. They should be there when we need then. No excuses."
