"I had to put one star because I can’t write a review unless I rate it. This facility needs to be looked at very closely. The staff is mostly mediocre. The doctors do not represent professionalism. I did not feel that this facility provided quality care. I regret having kept my Mother under their care. I never left her side while she was there. All the progress she made at the hospital quickly declined as soon as she became a patient at Select. I would advise you to stay away from this place. It is a death trap. Additionally, to top it off the doctor if we must call him that, took over 3 weeks to sign my Mother’s death certificate. My Mother’s body is still in a freezer waiting for cremation because the doctor took over 3 weeks to sign the documents. BE WARE!!!"

"My experience there as a patient was outstanding and I would strongly refer it to my friends. The customer service is stellar and the crew is patient-friendly. Great service indeed and super clean environment which is top tier to me. Very well managed hospital!!!"

"I can only give three stars based on cleanliness, nutrition and nurse attention. However, requested several times for the urologist to contact us regarding my dad’s obstructive urinary track due to inflamed prostate. Dr. Never called us. Called three times requesting stage of his wound because ALF would not take him back if stage 3. Therefore we would loose $1,225.00 for that month. Nobody bothered to call us. I do not recommend this place"

"Terrible, they were supposed to give my father therapy but instead kept him drugged 24/7 without making any effort. When the respiration therapist would come, he would say “he’s asleep” of course he is, you are keeping him drugged 24/7 with a higher dose that is needed. I’m surprised he did not overdosed and died in this place. He was moved to a new place and in a week with the right therapy they did what this place could not do in a month. Also he had an infection from this place that was resistant to antibiotics. Not recommended at all if your family member needs therapy. Also the doctors never show up, there was someone almost at all times with my father and they never saw the doctor. If you leave a message for the doctor to call you, good luck."
