"My son was rudely turned away because he happily chatted with another child about exercise. Where is the respect, care and cordiality that speak? As a leader, I believe you must lead. Yelling at a child in front of everyone and rudely pushing them to the side just shows that you don't know how to control your anger. He felt humiliated and no longer wants to take classes with this instructor. My son was always happy and excited about Taekwondo classes and always respected all instructors, but he doesn't want to take classes anymore."

"My review of Victory Windermere is long overdue. Our family joined this studio 1 year ago, and have been welcomed into a warm, loving, and supportive community. Both my son and husband train here multiple times a week. All of the instructors are kind and respectful and push the students to be strong and confident while having fun. Chief Master Casco is an amazing senior leader of the school who takes the time to get to know every one of his students, even the youngest Tiny Tigers. They host events at the school regularly for students and families that are typically free and open to the public. Joining Victory was the best decision my family made last year. We have lived in Windermere for over 4 years, but we didn't feel truly rooted in this city until we found this group of people. Martial arts and the instructors at Victory are teaching my son to be respectful and have self-confidence. Beyond the physical activity, they are teaching him to be a well-rounded person. In the adult classes, my husband has found a group of diverse and compassionate friends to train and learn with. These people, the students and instructors, are positive and supportive of every person who walks through the door. We were looking for a true community of real people to make this city feel more like home, and we've found it here."
