"I have been taking my Yorkie there for almost 5 years. He went in to be groomed last week. My son had to pick him up for me. He got there and they did not even trim his face. They said he is too difficult to handle and I should find someone else. I just couldn't believe it. I have always trusted in them to take care of my furbaby, but I guess he isn't important to them anymore. And to not even call me to discuss this, but relay that to my teenage son. Very disappointing and unprofessional."

"Not Happy any more!!! Originally 2 years ago they got 5 stars then they said they didn't want to take care of my cat anymore and I left the review alone. For 2 1/2 years been taking my dog there and was happy, but recently I took my dog in and got a sub standard job, The owner spoke with me yesterday and was willing to redo my beautiful dog at 2:30 today when I went in there they told me it was 2:30 Tuesday. I'm done!! All the dirt is sticking to my dog so I'm thinking the soap didn't get washed out therefore I'm looking for a new groomer, she cant wait till Tuesday! Another interesting note is they only accept cash so if you're unhappy you have no recourse I'm out 85 bucks"
