"The only reason I shop at Petco anymore is to get potty pads. I get everything else from Chewy. I loved Petco up until the pandemic. Since then the quality of employees in the stores has gone downhill, the change to the rewards program has gone downhill and there are no more treats for pups on their birthday. If Petsmart had the kind of potty pads, I like I would quit shopping at Petco altogether."
