"Worst nail experience. Ive been going here for 15+ years and will not return. They were very busy and just wanted you in and out regardless of the quality. I asked for a gel manicure. My nails are short but I’ve never been this rushed as a paying customer. He didnt soak my hands or push back my cuticles….just immediately applied the nail polish. Didnt even file my short nubby nails so they would all match!! I asked him if he was going to do any cuticle care and he said yes. He cut my DRY CUTICLES AFTER THE CLEAR COAT. I was appalled. This led to him cutting me on a finger. Just very disappointing to spend money on nails that look terrible."

"Excellent nail shop! They are very helpful, and the staff is always friendly. Henry is an excellent nail tech, and Vu does an excellent job with pedicures (I'm sure everyone does a fine job, these are just the two I have experience with). The management is always very pleasant and friendly. I love this place!"

"I’ve gone to this salon 3 times because it’s so close to my house and the reviews were good! The first time the lady was so rough with my pedicure my pinky toe was bleeding, the second time my nails were not fully covered in top coat, now the third time my nails were filed too thin two of them have broken, one of my toe nails has split and the big toe has also chipped. My nails have bubbles, spots the French tip wasn’t cleaned up and are uneven. I had a different tech each time and unfortunately won’t be back."

"I've had my nails done here since December. I always feel rushed with my services. Most of the sets always have bubbles or a dent in them or some sort of flaw, or the shape is off. I really don't care about little things like that as long as my nails and cuticles are taken care of. I don't see a regular person, and I let them grow out for 4 weeks, so I'm not a "regular," and I think that makes a difference in how you're treated. Today, I went to get my nails soaked off since I've had an acrylic overlay and gel polish for 6+ months. I figured I needed to let my nails breathe. 1 girl put the foil and cotton on my nails and left to do a pedicure. Never checked on me again. Evie came over and sat down without saying a word or looking at me and took off the foil and drilled off the acrylic which flew into my face and hair. I've only ever had acrylic gently scraped off with a cuticle pusher to preserve the nail bed. This was done in order to move on quickly as I wasn't getting any more services. She also peeled some of the more difficult pieces off and broke my nails! I have long, hard nails, even after having my nails drilled some with every filling. Prior to this, she only asked if I wanted to trim them, and I said just a little. Since she broke my nails, she cut them short and shaped them poorly. They are all different lengths and not evenly shaped. She didn't even ask if I wanted my cuticles taken care of or applied oil to them after roughly buffing them, causing them to bleed and flake some. I'm a really chill client and not a perfectionist, but my experience today with Evie was subpar, to say the least. Although my nails dont look too bad, this is the worst they have looked and felt after a soak off. I also feel like I always get overcharged. A basic express pedicure with no massage and regular polish and an acrylic fill with 1 color gel polish ends up being $85."
