"Charged me twice for the same order and didn't even give me what I ordered. I ordered 2 deep dish and instead they gave me 1 regular cheese and 1 deep dish then charged me online and when my husband came to pick it up! Basically stole $40 from me and they don't pick up their phones so I can't get ahold of anyone to rectify this issue. Ive called 10 times over 20 min now and no one picks up. Don't order from here unless you wanna get scammed and have 0 customer service. I will be reporting this little ceasers to my credit card company for fraudulent charges"
"Worst shape pizza I've ever gotten from a Little Ceasars. Half the crust is flat while the other half is so puffy. The one on Congress in Boynton is SO MUCH better."
"When a customer asks you for a deep dish, you tell them it’s going to be a wait and the customer says ok that’s fine then you drop the pizza because you’re not focus laugh about it while making another pizza and touching everything including your phone with the same gloves. Then she turned around to tell me she doesn’t care when I told her this is not okay"
"They do not participate in the Hot-N-Ready program, yet they have the advertisements on the door and menu. Had to spend half my lunch waiting for them to make the Pizza due to slow (no service), had I known I would have ordered ahead. Looks like I order ahead at Hungry Howies or Dominoes. They have the better pizza the only benefit to LC was i would not have to order ahead. The crust did not even rise."
