"We have been in store on several occasions to purchase cookies and every single time everybody’s always so pleasant and always makes you feel welcome! The cookies are always so fresh and so delicious! We have also ordered cookies to be delivered as gifts several times and have always had excellent service and no issues!"
"Update: After an automated message depending to care about my opinion, I contacted my local store directly, as instructed. They didn't even care to reply. Guess the score just got lower. Another disappointing decline for a once quality establishment. Week after week, the cookies just get further and further from advertised. It's all sloppy preparation. This isn't brain surgery. It's a cookie base, with two or three toppings...and they will usually forget or be out of at least one of them. It's just not worth the $20+ you pay for a six pack. We're probably done with Crumbl for quite awhile. Posting the advertised pics vs. reality. Barely any strawberry jam on the Strawberry Shortbread. No honey drizzle and a half -sized dollap on the Cornbread Cookie."

"My beautiful daughter sent half dozen, Crumbl Cookies to my home this afternoon. As I open my front door, an amazing young lady handed me a beautiful pink warm box as the aroma coming from the box was intense. The young Doordash delivery lady was so nice and caring , so kind. Well, I could not wait to open this nice warm box that was warm ing my hands. I was Amazed, truly amazed how beautiful, half dozen fresh warm made to order these 6 cookies looked. They were absolutely wonderful, fresh and warm, just like right out of your oven at home. I would absolutely and Highly recommend Crumbl Cookies right here in Palm Harbor , EastLake (BootRanch) Notice the photo, a bit out of the Chocolate fudge cookie I just could not wait.
