"I have been coming to Lucky Dill for over 15 years. Used to love eating here on the weekends. I ended up eating here with my wife around 1pm. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and I found a hair in my sandwich. Decided to let the waiter know, in which he recognized it and asked if I wanted something else to eat instead. I ordered a burger to-go since I just lost my appetite after that. When the waiter brought the check out, they didn’t take anything off the bill. They still had the Philly cheesesteak AND the burger on my bill. The waiter took it back to “fix it” and came back with the burger also still being on my bill. I would’ve thought it’s courtesy to take the burger off the bill as well to apologize for the mistake, but I assume not. Once I asked for the manager, he told me the only thing he could do was take off half of the price for the burger. Completely unacceptable. They’ve lost my business."

"We each had French onion soup with 1/2 Pastrami sandwich. The perfect amount of food. Not too much and not too little. Food was delicious, service was great, atmosphere was good but a bit loud in the restaurant. We can not leave with stopping in the bakery and bringing home some goodies. Great job!"
