Loews Miami Beach Hotel

"Location is great. Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and well equipped. Room is cleaned daily. Coffee bar in the lobby is nice. Access to boardwalk and beach is very convenient. Safety is top. Pool is somewhat crowded, but as a family with two small children we cannot complain. Pool side availability of complementary towels, water, sun screen is great."

"We stayed Feb 15-18 2024 and had high expectations. The glass in the bathroom after room cleaning looked as if someone spit in it. The floors were sandy after room cleaning Shower gel and shower cap were not replaced daily – so cheap Coffee stirring sticks were never replaced and neither was the coffee. There was no tea. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room We booked a city skyline room but only had a view of the other tower of the hotel. The pool was crowded and there were no chairs to lay in just after breakfast. There was one tiny cloudy dirty hot tub for 18 floors of people. I ordered six oysters from the lobby bar and they were so much smaller than a mussel. Plus there were bits of shell in the oysters that you needed to spit out. NOT WORTH $700+ per night. I would never stay at a Loews property again and I would never recommend staying at this one in South Beach. I am a lifetime titanium member for Marriott brands. I've stayed in Marriott hotels all over the world for 100+ nights a year for 19 years now. I really thought Loews would be a great hotel. I was so wrong. What a lousy place to stay on South Beach."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked the Lowe’s property and thought if we pay more, we would get a better quality room and we did. We ended up in the Saint Moritz building which is outside the main building. First, I was concerned, however we like it so far as the separate building is quieter than the main building. Not to mention we are literally right outside the elevator and I was going to call the front desk and ask them to locate us to a different room as I assume, the elevator will create all kinds of noise, however, it was quiet and we didn’t hear much of the elevator goes up and down surprisingly. The room itself is decent, about 300ish square feet. We have a window that allows us to look the street and if you tilt your head the right direction you’ll find the beach. Lol. Overall, it’s good experience. We didn’t bother to go to the pool as it was flooded with people during the day. I think I might come back next time to this hotel. Now we checked out and some tips that I would like to share. 1) leave your fridge keys in the express checkout box in the lobby to avoid waiting in a long line. 2) be mindful that the valet parking is $49 during the day but if you leave it over night it’s $60 bucks. We had some confusion with the hotel. The parking garage on 15&16 st is $40 per day."

"We stayed here for 4 nights 5 days! This hotel is in a prime location, it is very clean, smells amazing, has a great private beach with an umbrella and two chairs included with the room! The pool was large and extremely fun for kids and adults, clean and warm. They had music, cotton candy, popcorn and food, it was simply wonderful! I would come back any day and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"Our whole experience was wonderful from the time of booking through check out. The property is beautiful, up to date, and very well maintained. The location is convenient to both the beach and South Beach walking trail as well as to many nearby restaurant and shopping options. The restaurant and bar areas also provided very enjoyable experiences without needed to venture out further. We will definitely return!"
