"I've been a customer of Air on Demand for a relatively short time. I purchased a new unit from them in March of 2023. Today was the first scheduled maintenance for my unit. The technician, John R., was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very nice. He really knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain everything to me, showed me everything he did, and provided very helpful information that I can use to maintain the unit between visits. He was able to answer all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. He was exceptional in every aspect. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his service. I highly recommend Air on Demand; they are very lucky to have John working for them, he is an asset to the company."

"I have the team at Air on Demand work on my house twice in the last year, the last job was a big one replacing the AC unit and installing a completely new ductwork and insulation in the entire house. The team was Ramón Jr on the sales side and Benard, Jonathan, Steph and Danny doing the actual installation. They completed the work ahead of schedule, were very meticulous and attentive and it was always nice to interact with them. "I've had an ongoing issue with clogging of my drain line from the unit and Joel has come out after hours 2 or 3 times to get it cleared and back on again. He's so patient and very thorough and experienced,, so good at his job. I vote he needs a raise! All the techs are good but he's a special favorite!"
