"I just brought in my car a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience. I took my car in for a diagnostic where my initial problem was fixed, but they did find a few more issues. The manager Ernesto was extremely honest with me and told me around how much longer my brakes and battery would last and that I could wait a few months for both but I decided to change them off of my own accord. When I first took the car in he told me he would give me a call around 12PM with an update and I received a call at 12 on the dot letting me know that they had fixed my initial problem and that the car was ready. Once I showed up I decided to replace both the brakes and the battery, they started working on it right away and the car was ready within the hour. The manager Ernesto had amazing customer service not only with me but with the other customers in the shop, he tells you everything he’s going to do before he does it and is very honest with you when it comes to what’s wrong. He made me feel really at home and like my car was in great hands. 100% would recommend to come by here if you’re having any problems with your car."

"I called, Galceran and was surprised that yamil said to bring the car in to check it, I didn’t have an appointment but he was kind enough to let me bring the car in. The problem is my air conditioner it’s blowing hot air. I left the car and in less than an hour he advised me of the problem. The car needs quite a bit of work, and unfortunately I’m retired and not able to pay for the repair.. But again, I was very pleased with the way things were handled. Again, I thank Yamil of Galceran auto electric for his kindness, and advising me of the problem.."

"Had an electrical issue with a recently purchased truck. Suspected the vehicle had a short but two systems that were not connected were impacted. Manager was upfront about the process and diagnostic / troubleshooting charges. The issue was identified quickly and resolved.The total was below the quoted price for the troubleshooting. Watched the electrician working on another vehicle and it was nice to see him working with care and consideration for the owner’s property. Will use them again for detailed work."
