"Wonderful family fun! VR, rope challenge, games, bowling, and so many great memories!! Fun atmosphere for all ages. Customer Service is great, always feel taken care of in any situation. Food service SUCKS! Desserts are great! Kids love their shakes. Food is a hard pass. Ate there twice and both times felt quality and taste was cheap and not worth trying again.."
"Went here to celebrate my daughter birthday with couple of her friends and it was packed and busy. There was a wait for a table and Shelby was our waitress, she was lovely. The manager Andy stopped by our table and even sang happy birthday to my daughter he was just a bundle of joy. He was everywhere even cleaning tables, running food and he was just everywhere. I don’t rarely see managers working side by side with their employees now and days. But to my surprise he truly went above and beyond and even gave my daughter a unicorn stuff animal for her birthday which she was in awe for it and even gave him a hug. You truly have a great manager and staff. I will most definitely will be back and raving about this place to friends and family."
"We had our sons birthday party there and was one of the best experiences I've had there. Ari took care of us, was so organized and patient. She took over in the best way, was communicating with us every step of the way. Clearly a pro. Very surprised with how well it went and how much fun my wife and I had with our kids. Highly recommend Ari, she's awesome. Glad main event is starting to get some great staff there. Keep it up."
"Restaurant area was lacking staff, hire more people all around. Host, servers and bartenders especially. Game area was great! Took us 25 mins just to wait for two mojitos. Laser tag was the highlight of the day."
"Lots to do with bowling, pool, vr, ropes course, lazar tag, food and drinks. It is very kid heavy in the daytime and early evening. So if you want to go with adults I would suggest you go later in the day. Monday night they have a pretty good past that you can get for unlimited arcade games around $12 or unlimited activities for $12. Both are good values. Staff is friendly but a little slow when it comes to getting things done. Food and drinks are good but nothing great."
