"I was so excited to get my first fountain for my birthday. Southwest and Tropical have many beautiful fountains. Most were not in my price range.. I spotted one that seemed to work. Her name is lady fountain. Brought her home and noticed she was chipping in spots unseen at time of purchase. Then the problems started. Lady Fountain seemed to be leaking so I contacted Chad. He came by and seemed to get her running. It was short lived for she seemed to be leaking again. When contacting Chad he seemed to suggest that we may have messed with her. I assure you we did not. So our Lady Fountain turned out to be less than what hoped for. My recommendation is buyer beware. The reason I rated two stars is because Chad/owner did come out to get her running at the start of it all then went ghost on us. Would not recommend to my family or friends."

"We had a fountain installed by this company, and they were extremely professional and had great communication throughout the process. The only reason we didn't purchase the fountain from them is because they didn't have it in stock. I highly recommend their services and we will use them in the future for any landscape projects.
