Paul Hauls Moving & Storage

"I hate writing this because Paul and his crew have been great in the past. We’ve used them for two moves in the past and they were flawless. The estimate was right on, move was quick and communication was great. This third time was a completely different story. The moving crew was great as usual BUT we were charged 50% over the estimate. They had exact coordinates and the size of the home. No extra furniture etc. it was a 509 sq ft one bedroom. My frustration grew after repeated attempts to contact Paul went unanswered. He responded after the 3rd attempt when I indicated I would post a review. He apologized, mentioned there was a disruption in his business and that he would audit the bill and get back to me. Two days later the check was deposited ( my daughter paid them what they asked + a 20% cash tip) and two weeks later haven’t heard back. Inexcusable and frustrating. I can no longer recommend Paul and his crew as I feel that they took advantage of us and our good faith. Something is going on with them right now and I would not use them again. ** I just noticed in the reviews others are now having the same issue. **"

"Paul and Johnny were able to work my moving job in with short notice. The moving guys James and Brandon were on time and very knowledgeable of the best ways to move furniture in tight quarters without damage . The price was more than fair considering this was a 2 county move and required most of the furniture had to come down a flight of stairs and then a 90 degree turn to get out the door. I would give these guys 10 stars if it was available. I will be telling everyone of the great service I got using Paul Hauls Moving & Storage. Thank you all"

"We recently used Paul Hauls Moving & Storage to empty and transport the content of two large storage units. It was easy to set up the appointment. The truck and men were on time and ready to work. They emptied all the contents fast and carefully loaded and transported it to the destination. The price was fair and explained ahead of time and clearly broken down. There were no surprises. I have used Paul Hauls Moving & Storage probably five to ten times over the past ten years. I have always been very pleased and will be a customer for life. Thank you."
