"Without question the absolute WORST service I ever experienced I wish I could give negative 5 stars. My order #21400142700544000 1 chipotle chicken flatbread and a southwest wrap was order at 12:55pm and supposed to be ready at 1:05pm, I just left after 40 mins of waiting because they was backed up with orders. Being in the service industry for years I understand rushed but I placed an online asap order lol, I would assume that has priority. At one point they can’t take any more orders because they are backed up, so now I’m thinking ok they going to focus their late orders however no, when I go to check my status they said don’t have turkey to complete my order. No turkey? Ok can I cancel my order with you, because the app states asap orders can not be cancelled you must contact the cafe I said. The response we can’t do that call your bank. I have deleted my account with Tropical smoothie, told my staff to never order from here, and I will never come back, I don’t even care about 3000 bonus points going to waste now. If any point a staff member during my 40 min wait communicated to me I would have understand but I guess that was too difficult."
