"AC brakes down and they say the soonest they can get someone to look at it, is Monday from a Saturday. Meanwhile it's 92 degrees. Worst service ever. It's been a week and nothing has been done to fix the AC when it randomly turns off for no apparent reason. The technician came 4 days later said there was nothing wrong however as soon as the issue happens again AnnMarie Lepp thinks the best way to get it this resolved is to start going back and forth on email saying I would be responsible for the cost if they couldn't find anything wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any kind of situation. I would highly advise not to engage in any type of business activity with this company."
