"It was ok except the chart to check in was not out in the open and stood in line for 5 to 10 minutes to get the chart to sign in so I could sit down and the receptionist informed me not to do that again because there were people she was waiting on. The book to sign in should be available when clients come in and should not have to stand while she is signing new people in with all the copying and paperwork to be done. There were multiple people in line so everyone was standing. Not customer friendly. But you do have a nice new waiting room. By the way she firmly told me never to do that again to take the book but keep standing in line."

"I have a monthly treatment at the Florida Cancer Center on 674 in Sun City Center. I actually look forward to the treatment as the staff of nurses and volunteers are genuinely concerned for their patients. Once seated, they offer you warm blankets, snacks even soft drinks/water. The nurses are so nice as are the volunteers and front office staff. I feel like I’m going to visit friends. The experience is really pleasant and worry free. If you need treatments this is the place to go."
