"Elated is an understatement ! Have had neck pain for MONTHS and after my first appointment I have relief and cannot slap the smile of my face !!! I finally slept with a pillow again and was completely amazed the dagger wasn’t twisting in my neck and I had relief. Just amazed and wish I had found them sooner ! Dr Cases and the whole team in Sun City get 500 ⭐️ from this girl !! Thank you. Update * I was in misery once the steroids stopped working. Waiting 3 weeks for a worthless shot in neck, wait twelve days for follow up on that shot, wait 3 weeks in agony for next shot. In so much pain but he didn’t care I went to ER due to 18 straight hours of extreme pain and tension. Zero compassion (I bet they would’ve cared if they felt what I went through). Torture management is more like it, I really needed something for pain to get through my daily tasks but he acted like I was requesting morphine .. after the hospital he cancelled the burn I’ve been waiting for. Waste of time with their “service” I’ve done more for myself to find relief than he has had suggestions, concern, or any involvement. Care plan was non existent. You’re going to wait wait wait every appt in their high quality chairs.. I had optimistic hopes but what a let down."
