"My move with Pasco Woods apartment was quick and easy. Chris and Cindy are so experienced and helpful, they answered all questions, and kindly gave tips and suggestions to make moving as smooth as possible, which is much appreciated since moving can be a stressful time. I love our new apartment, during our walk through I noticed it was clean and well kept, very spacious and easy to make my own. The property is quiet and kept clean, with a beautiful community area and pool. I feel safe and look forward to my time here. Mary Kate"
"I contacted maintenance to open the door of my apartment on a Saturday night since I had left the main key inside the apartment and the copy had just been lost to have the house opened for me and they told me that they could not that I had to wait until Monday, but when one calls the emergency helpline of the apartment it says that this is one of the emergencies they cover after working hours I had to stay out of my house until Monday. It's not the only incident also in one of the times they came to fumigate, $488 disappeared from my house and they didn't do anything in the office. This place is one of the worst"
"Adorable, and the staff could not be friendlier! We went as a family of three for my daughter’s 7th birthday. We had a lovely time. The staff made my daughter feel extra special! Wonderful spot!"
"This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. The maintenance teams always prioritizing our needs and always available when needed , It could not be better located, a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It has a playground a pool, it has everything I need. Thanks to Management Cindy, Chris December and the maintenance teams for all you guys do and thanks for giving me the opportunity to be part of the Pascowoods Apartments Family"
"Awesome place to live!! Such a wonderful caring office staff, Ms. Cindy is so welcoming and nice! The maintenance team is responsive and fixes things In a timely manner and are quite funny to boot! Apartments have been updated and are so nice! The pool is so much fun and always cleaned and beautiful! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!!"
